  1. Synthesis of carbon-nanostructures (fullerenes, nanotubes, graphene)-electroactive hybrids as artificial photosynthetic systems and photovoltaic solar cell applications.
  2. Synthesis of donor and acceptor systems as electroactive components in organic optoelectronics.
  3. Dye sensitized solar cells and bulk heterojunction solar cell devices preparation and characterization.
  4. Synthesis of photosensitizers for photodynamic cancer therapy.
