El seminario/taller realizado por Harm Deckers, estuvo relacionado con la asignatura: “TRANSFERENCIA E INNOVACIÓN EN NUTRICIÓN”.
El Dr. Deckers realiza consultorías a nivel internacional en temas relacionados con propiedad intelectual y patentes, principalmente derivados de investigaciones científicas. Por esta razón, ha trabajado para numerosas universidades y centros de investigación en Canadá y Estados Unidos.
La actividad realizada con los alumnos se describe a continuación:
- Innovation case title.
- Define the technical problem. i.e., in the absence of the innovation how is the problem currently being addressed, and why is this problematic?
- Define the technical solution to the technical problem i.e., what is the actual innovation?
- Some technical detail on how the innovation works, including alternate materials or methods that may also work for the innovation.
- Identify practical advantages/benefits of the innovation.
- Description of the envisioned implementation of the innovation at a commercial level. In particular, describe how users of the innovation will benefit.
